UP2 Lesson policy
- UP2 Lesson– a 60-minute English lesson online, offered in flexible times from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00, and from 16:00 to 22:00. Weekend classes are held from 8:00 to 12:00.
- As a student, you can choose the most convenient lesson times, including starting and ending on the hour.
- You can make a reservation after each lesson with your teacher, via email, Whatsapp or the website booking.up2academy.com. In case of changes or new reservations, you will receive confirmation and/or an update of your lesson date at the email address provided.
- The earlier you book, the more dates you have to choose from. The rule is also: first come, first served.
- If you already have a lesson date set but want to change it, inform the teacher during the class, via email, Whatsapp or book a new date via the booking page – the old one will be cancelled.
- Classes do not take place during public holidays and public holidays.
- Changes to lesson reservations are unlimited and can be made free of charge within the purchased course or package, but no later than 12 hours before the scheduled start of classes, by talking to your teacher after each lesson, contacting via email, Whatsapp, or the booking website.
- Changing your reservation less than 12 hours before the planned class time (Late Cancel) is understood as a cancellation of classes.
- Cancelling classes or not showing up at the agreed time (No Show) results in the next lesson from the given lesson package being scheduled.
- UP2 Academy does not refund the costs of a cancelled lesson.
- As a student, you have the right to cancel classes without the consequences described above only once per purchased and active class package (does not apply to No Show).
- You can only change the date of the lesson during the period in which the given package is active, i.e. within 30 days from the date of the first lesson or the date of posting the payment/transfer.
UP2 Meeting policy
- UP2 Meeting – a brief, maximum 30-minute organizational meeting to discuss the needs and expectations of those interested in starting their studies, cover all details regarding courses and their components, and determine the student’s language proficiency level.
- To make a reservation, go to the UP2 Meeting tab, select an available and convenient date, and follow the instructions on the website.
- Please provide details such as your first name, last name, phone number, and email address, which are necessary to complete the booking.
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with meeting details, followed by a separate confirmation message containing the Zoom link. Simply click the link at the scheduled time and wait for the host to join.
- In case of cancellation or rescheduling, simply click the appropriate option in the confirmation email or contact us via the email address provided in the message.
UP2 Club policy
- UP2 Club – additional, optional, and recurring individual or group sessions held at least once a week. These sessions are not directly linked to a specific course, but provide an opportunity for practical language use through free discussions, games, and integration with other students.
- Access to UP2 Club requires having at least one active course from the current offer.
- To make a reservation and confirm your attendance, go to the UP2 Club tab, enter the UP2 Club Pass, and select an available and convenient session time.
- The UP2 Club Pass is provided in the welcome email before the start of a given course and remains constant and unchanged.
- Once you have found and selected an available time slot, follow the instructions on the page by providing details such as your first name, last name, and email address. These are required to complete the reservation.
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation at the provided email address, including details and a Zoom link for the session. Simply click the link at the scheduled time and wait to join.
- Reservations for UP2 Club sessions can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. If there are no sign-ups or confirmations from students 12 hours before the planned time, the session will not take place. If you are unable to attend despite having a reservation, prior notification is not required and there are no consequences.

- Sessions take place with a minimum of one and a maximum of five students, depending on the number of sign-ups.
- Students may book any number of sessions available in the calendar.
